Victoria and Brian planned their Tallahassee wedding at Dorothy B. Oven Park to be unique and fun. Their guest list wasn’t humongous, but rather a smaller, intimate group of close friends and family. Stress was low, despite the bride’s incredible attention to detail. She knew understood how to plan the perfect day, but then step back and enjoy it all. It was the perfect example of a couple planning their wedding on their own terms and not worrying about what everyone else was doing. And it paid off! Victoria’s red-infused wedding dress drew tons of “ooo”s and “ah”s and was a perfect reflection of their overall “we’re not abandoning tradition, but we want to do it with a fun twist.” The color red made an elegant pop for their wedding and it was infused not only into the dress, but also the wedding cake, the bouquet the wedding party attire and the overall decor. Naturally we, the DJs, wore red ties to match. Even the ceremony featured handmade red and white pinwheels!

The wedding party was introduced to the Charlie Brown Medley followed by some Taio Cruz (Telling the World) for the bride and groom’s first dance. During dancing the dance floor was packed with energy and care-free fun the whole night! The guests loved a huge variety of music — everything from Bruno Mars and OutKast to Wilson Pickett and Queen. It ended with an epic send-off as they drove away into the appropriately deep-red sunset. Actually, it was hours after the sun had set, but you get the idea! What an awesome couple and we were thrilled to be a part of their wedding.

From the Bride: “Nate and Amplify Entertainment are amazing!! Nate did everything he could to make our wedding amazing. Nate’s attention to detail is astounding. He made sure that the dance floor was hopping all night. Even when people didnt want to get up and dance, he somehow changed the whole mood and had people up and dancing and having fun in no time. As Master of Ceremonies, he was willing to work to make sure that everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Nate and Amplify Entertainment to anyone. They work so great with you that you feel like friends in the end. Thanks for making our wedding day everything that we wanted it to be.”
