Communication with them was excellent from day one. They were always flexible and understanding of busy schedules, our time zone differences, and were always very conscious of the wedding planning process we were going through. Their online planning system worked great for information, setting up meetings and easy online payments. They helped us figure out which package would be best for our type of reception, and they were never pushy about adding any extras that we were not interested in. It was truly a great experience and a pleasure to work them.

We got matched up with Dakota, who just absolutely exceeded our expectations. Dakota was experienced, organized, super easy to talk to and very patient with us, all our questions as well as requests. He was able to help us figure out details we had not thought about before, made great suggestions and was able to do exactly what we asked of him. He was dressed very well and looked sharp for the occasion. Dakota was also able to use a lot of the music we added to our Spotify playlist with suggestions we liked and must-play songs. He was also a great listener and was very receptive to our idea of what we wanted the evening to feel like.

He had a great sense for the crowd and made sure everyone had a great time. We were really relieved and glad to have him there. We did all the planning ourselves and did not have a wedding coordinator for the day, just pre-delegated tasks and going with the flow the rest of the time. We tried to keep things as uncomplicated as we could. Somehow it all worked out and Dakota was able to help us make sure we did all the things we were supposed to, including having a good time! I can’t say we would have remembered we had a cake to cut if he had not called us to do it. He was wonderful! We really can’t say enough good things about him.
