The play list was a lot of fun to make. We played RnB from almost every generation. Some of my favorites from our play list include Season's Change by Jagged Edge & John Legend; You & I by Avant; Sexual Healing by Marvin Gaye; Can't Live Without You by Charlie Wilson; Nobody by Keith Sweat; There Goes My Baby by Usher and the super relaxed Best of Me by Anthony Hamilton.
The garter retrieval/toss was a mix I created for the groom that included Usher, Jay-Z, Clay D/Prince Rahiem (that's right, I'm talking about Pull It All The Way Down), and ended with No Mediocre (T.I.) for the toss to the single fellas.
The dance play list was also very multi-generational with everything from Earth, Wind and Fire, Kool & the Gang and Michael Jackson to Chris Brown, Drake and Rick Ross to Master P, Biggy and even some Trick Daddy. One of members of the wedding party was even introduced to his own song (look up T World -- good stuff) from one of his studio recordings. Despite this being an alcohol-free wedding, that didn't stop the party one bit!
