I am currently a junior dual majoring in Psychology and Nursing at Florida State University (Go Noles!). Music has always been a strong component of my life, and from a young age I was exposed to various genres from classical to southern rock, and was highly influenced by my father who was apart of locally renowned metal band. I had begun performing through dance at a young age for many years, taking the stage primarily through the dance genres of Ballet and Jazz. I had taken a break from dancing, and have found an integration of this art through the creative flow of DJing!
What has been your most memorable wedding experience so far?
To set the scene a bit, this experience had taken place at my first official training event. The event had been going smoothly, until then ten minutes prior to the ceremony horrid weather conditions appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Although there was a considerable set back, our team, as well as the other wonderful vendors, worked hard together to ensure a smooth transition back into a beautiful evening, when the storm eventually subsided.
Being able to work as a unit with others to eventually create a rockin’ night for the bride, groom, family, and loved ones, solidified my desire on a spiritual level towards the route of DJing, and so it is still the most memorable experience.
Crowd interaction is always a highlight in my experiences, whether it be guiding little ones through the cupid shuffle dance, or in separate instances, Black Sabbath, Journey, and Queen karaoke!

What has been your favorite live performance?
I will never forget when I was given the opportunity to meet the godfather of funk, George Clinton of the Parliament-Funkadelic, backstage at his show. I also recently was lucky enough to see two of my favorite artists in town: Watsky and the Steve Miller Band (not in the same show!). The energy was incredible.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Besides working, volunteering, and attending university full time, first and foremost, I love live music concerts. I also enjoy expanding my knowledge of various topics of sciences, arts and humanities. I have great nostalgia towards RPG video games as well, and my animals are my life!
