Dance Floor Installer
About the Work
Currently hiring for Tallahassee and Salt Lake City locations only. Amplify owns five different styles of dance floors, from wood grain styles to checkerboard patterns. Each dance floor comes in three different sizes (in feet): 12x12, 15x15 and 18x18 with each floor breaking down into stackable 3x3 squares that are easily transportable and that lock together to complete the installation at the event location. As an Amplify Dance Floor Installer, your job will be to transport, set-up, breakdown and clean dance floors as needed for each event. Pay ranges from $75 - $200 per installation (depending on size and whether or not a subfloor is needed), plus $0.75/mile for any event outside of Tallahassee. Sometimes up to three dance floors may be booked for a single Saturday with Friday and Sunday events often on the calendar as well with flexible pick-up/drop-off days/times.

Required
✅ A reliable form of transportation with plenty of cargo space (preferably a pickup truck, but some larger SUVs work as well)

✅ Ability to carry and lift at least 60 pounds at a time

Not Required
❌ While it's a bonus if you do own one, you're not required to own your own pressure washer to wash the dance floor.
❌ You're not required to dress up since set-up is handled before the event start time and breakdown is handled after the event is over. A clean and appropriate tee shirt/polo and shorts/jeans is fine.
