Todd developed a love for music as a kid while riding in the car with his parents listening to 8-tracks and cassettes. As a young person in the ‘80s, when he wasn’t playing sports, he could often be found sitting in a rocking chair getting lost in his thoughts while listening to pop, rock, and country hits on the radio.

Todd is also a teacher, basketball coach, and school administrator. He enjoys being the PA announcer and playing music for five of his school's athletic teams. He even DJs for his students before school, between classes, and during lunch. It started as a way to make coming back to school after the pandemic feel fun again. The feedback came back and the kids loved it, so Todd still plays music at school every day of the week to this day, with some fun themes: “Mainstream Mondays,” “2K Tuesdays,” “Country Western Wednesdays,” “Throwback Thursdays,” and “Freestyle Fridays.” He also DJs faculty parties, school carnivals, orientation, and various other school events. This experience has increased his love for all kinds of music genres across generations. His students affectionately refer to Coach McNeil by various nicknames such as, “DJ Todd” and  “T-Swizzle,” but his favorite nickname is, “The Toddfather.”

After meeting Cory from AMPLIFY, who was the DJ at his daughter’s wedding, Todd decided to inquire about joining the team, and the rest is history.
