Tommy’s love for music started in the 5th grade when every student was required to be in the school band. Tommy played the board; yes the board. That included two drumsticks and keeping rhythm on an actual piece of wood. He was quickly moved to the drum line and soon became the best percussionist in his hometown, which to be honest, was pretty small. Tommy later started his first band, Tommy & The Poor Boys, and has been leading bands since his High School days.

Tommy still loves to play the drums, piano, guitar and is still leading a GIG band today. He grew up in Oklahoma, went into family ministry, and has served at churches in Ohio, Tennessee and now in Florida. He met his wife on this journey, and she quickly became the lead singer for the GIG band. They have been married for 27 years, have seven kids, and have lived in Tallahassee since 2006. Tommy and Jo love music and enjoy performing at community events around Tallahassee.

Tommy started to DJ along the way and has been entertaining audiences for over 25 years. A few of his hidden talents: he’s a magician, juggler, balloon artist, author, and an avid Elvis impersonator. He loves oldies ('50s & '60s) music, '80s rock, classic rock, and contemporary Christian. A few of his favorite bands include: Audio Adrenaline, Boston, Journey, and Elvis. He enjoys family celebrations and would love to be a part of your wedding or event!
