“We booked with Amplify back in the beginning of 2019, for my daughter’s wedding which was scheduled for May 2020. Then the pandemic hit and derailed my daughter’s original wedding plans. I spoke with Nate to let him know my worries about the coronavirus due to health concerns for myself and our guests and we would have to reschedule. He assuring me he would go ahead and refund all monies except the non-refundable $250 deposit, three days later the refund showed up on my credit card. Many couples are wrestling with vendors over receiving a refund or a credit after the coronavirus crisis halted their wedding plans. Amplify is not one of those vendors, Nate said my deposit could be used anytime, even if we decided to have something in 2022 or later. His understanding showed me that Amplify isn’t just in business to make money, but Nate and Amplify sincerely care about their customers. We really appreciate the great service and hope to re-book in the near future!”
