“We used Amplify Entertainment for our wedding, and they were beyond awesome. Our venue restricted amplified music for the first 2.5 hours of our wedding, so Amplify’s cocktail band played for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and a little more; they were great! They were quiet enough to serve as background music but loud enough to provide entertainment, and they played a great variety of wedding-appropriate music (nothing cheesy 🙂 ). Nate was our DJ for the second half of the event, and he, of course, was great too. He put in a lot of man hours on the front end to help us plan, then when the weather turned out to be colder than expected, he had to improvise and stray from the songs we’d originally picked in order to get people dancing and warming up—everyone ended up having a blast. Nate also stepped up in a big way to help coordinate the ceremony and the reception when he found out that my coordinator broke her ankle the day before. We couldn’t have done it without Nate’s help! All in all—we’re so glad we picked Amplify Entertainment. They were very affordable without sacrificing quality in any way. I’d recommend them to anyone.”
