From the moment guests arrive via a stuccoed entryway framed by tall cypress trees and are then welcomed by crystal chandeliers, a marble bar (not to mention the stone water fountain and paver center aisle at the ceremony site), you know it’s going to be something special.

Inside, the climate-controlled reception hall welcomes up to 200 guests, with luxurious touches like white or champagne linens, elegant chairs, and built-in bar areas. • Plan your photo time in advance: The Glade’s outdoor scenery is gorgeous from first light to golden hour. If you can, schedule plenty of portraits outdoors before ceremony time, and try to capture sunset shots—those warm colors through the cypress and stucco are unreal. That way, photos are done and you can focus on the party once the reception starts!

• Weather-proof your ceremony choice: While the outdoor ceremony options are beautiful, always have a backup plan indoors (or under cover). Talk with the venue early about the indoor ceremony site, especially if there’s a chance of rain. We've found their staff to be incredibly helpful.

• Add an Audio Guest Book: Keep your guests entertained during cocktail hour by booking an Audio Guest Book. They'll enjoy leaving multiple messages and you'll have a cherished collection of messages of love in the form of an audio time capsule that will take you back to your wedding day in a way that nothing else can.

• DJ positioning: For best guest experience, place the DJ close to both the dance floor and the bar, when possible. Having proximity to the bar helps the energy flow—they can grab a drink, walk around, hear the music, and stay in the moment. • Choose a décor package: The Glade offers three different décor packages for no extra charge (with setup and teardown included!). That's awesome and you should totally take advantage of such an awesome perk. You’ll save effort and cost by letting the Glade's team handle décor logistics.

• Linens & chairs matching: The venue offers white or champagne linens and upgraded chairs—make sure your table setup (centerpieces, florals, etc.) pairs well with those tones. Talk with your florist/planner about coordinating colors with linen choice so the room feels cohesive.
